# Zuvu AI and Vana Team Up to Promote Decentralized AI on Bittensor
Zuvu AI and Vana revealed a collaboration on February 26, intending to improve decentralized AI abilities inside the Bittensor network. The objective is to foster a more transparent and financially viable AI environment.
Zuvu AI, formerly known as SocialTensor, offers experience in scaling four Bittensor (TAO) subnets. Vana, recently guided by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, contributes its pioneering user-possessed data network.
This cooperation looks to examine a novel model for AI development, one that is collective, transparent, and financially viable, by incorporating key layers of the decentralized AI stack.
## Producing Actual Worth
Art Abal, Managing Director at Vana Foundation, mentioned that the collaboration integrates Vana’s data layer, Bittensor’s subnet networks, and Zuvu’s economic layer to enhance Vana’s DataDAO environment and tackle considerable obstacles in AI development.
Zuvu powers the AI economic layer, enabling investment, staking, trading, and monetization of models, representatives, and data, thereby producing new opportunities in a rapidly expanding market. According to the media release, this collaboration comes at a time when the AI market is predicted to reach trillions of dollars by 2032.
## DeFi’s Expanding Turbulent Power
The collaboration purposefully incorporates Bittensor, leveraging its incentive-driven network to scale AI development. By integrating user-possessed data with permissionless computation and economic rewards, the partnership mirrors decentralized finance’s disturbance of conventional finance.
According to Abal and Zuvu AI’s COO, Daniel Raissar, the collaboration is anticipated to improve Bittensor’s subnet diversity, support Vana’s DataDAO expansion, and position Zuvu as a leader in AI financialization, potentially influencing industry practices.
The partnership mirrors the increasing pattern of freely accessible artificial intelligence, similar to Bittensor’s broadening web of 45 subgrids. It further tackles the demand for substitutes to the prominent AI firms that presently rule the arena.
