# Ripple USD (RLUSD) Arrives on Another Significant Platform
Ripple USD (RLUSD) is acquiring momentum as LMAX Digital, a digital currency trading venue, has emerged as the newest prominent platform to feature the stablecoin.
RLUSD has previously secured backing from notable platforms such as Bitstamp and Bullish. Currently, Bullish leads RLUSD trading, with its XRP/RLUSD and RLUSD/USDC pairs representing more than half of the overall trading volume.
Introduced in December of the previous year, the RLUSD token now possesses a market capitalization approaching $170 million. LMAX Digital originally included support for XRP, a token linked to Ripple, in 2018.
