The fund is spearheaded by Jsquare Founding Partner Joanne Liang, who formerly acted as the Chief Investment Officer at international Web3 venture capital company DFG. James Wo, the CEO and Founder of DFG, will become part of Vanguard Fund as a Venture Partner.
