SimpleHash offers live price monitoring, NFT metadata, and market actions, which matches Phantom’s aim of making crypto more available. The purchase price was not revealed.
The SimpleHash staff will become part of Phantom, and the platform’s services will be gradually discontinued. This is Phantom’s third purchase in the last twelve months.
Phantom’s head, Brandon Millman, declared that SimpleHash will guarantee that Phantom users have the most complete and correct token data.
In May 2024, Phantom purchased Bitski, an integrated wallet provider that has worked with international brands such as Adidas, MLS, and WWE.
Millman mentioned SimpleHash will improve the user experience and enhance the usability of the multi-chain wallet.
Solana’s co-creator, Raj Gokal, mentioned that Phantom has done a great job simplifying things and improving the overall user experience, making it easier for individuals to join dApps and navigate the Solana environment.
The Solana (SOL) wallet acquired Blowfish, a fraud prevention and web3 security platform, last November.
These integrations and acquisitions are vital for Phantom as it develops the most well-liked crypto wallet in the Solana environment. The Blowfish team, similar to SimpleHash and Bitski, has also become part of Phantom.
Launched in 2021, this digital wallet aims to be a top financial hub and has recently finished Series C financing, effectively garnering $150 million.
