Zuvu AI and Vana are joining forces to promote decentralized AI on the Bittensor network! TruBit Collaborates with Morpho to Introduce DeFi Unearned Revenue in Latin America
On February 26, Zuvu AI and Vana revealed their alliance, with the goal of making AI development more transparent, collaborative, and financially viable within the Bittensor environment.
Zuvu AI, previously known as SocialTensor, offers experience in scaling Bittensor subnets. Vana, recently guided by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, contributes its user-controlled data network.
The collaboration aims to develop a new model for AI development by integrating essential layers of the decentralized AI stack.
Art Abal, Managing Director at Vana Foundation, emphasizes that the alliance combines Vana’s data layer, Bittensor’s subnet network, and Zuvu’s economic layer. This will improve Vana’s DataDAO ecosystem and address significant challenges in AI development.
Zuvu powers the AI economic layer, enabling investment, staking, trading, and monetization of models, agents, and data. This creates new opportunities in a rapidly expanding market, predicted to reach trillions of dollars by 2032.
This partnership strategically integrates with Bittensor, leveraging its incentive-based network to scale AI development. By combining user-controlled data with permissionless computation and economic incentives, it mirrors the disruption decentralized finance has brought to traditional finance.
Abal and Zuvu AI COO Daniel Raissar predict that the collaboration will diversify Bittensor’s subnets, support Vana’s DataDAO growth, and position Zuvu as a leader in AI financialization, potentially impacting industry practices.
This synergy leverages the open-source AI trend, echoing Bittensor’s expansion to 45 vibrant subnets. It directly addresses the need for substitutes to the major, consolidated AI firms.
